Taking footage I have collected over 2023 and my writings from the year, I wanted to explore old wounds that have not healed and connect them with my present, hopefully coming to terms with my past in the process. What I found instead was the never ending cyclical nature of heartbreak and the lives we leave behind us; always fading but never leaving our side.
